Shipping policy
All orders placed before 23:59 CET are processed on the same business day (excluding weekends and holidays) upon receipt of your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.
Shipping
We aim to deliver your order to the delivery address provided when you place your order within 7-10 business days.
We may notify you if we expect to exceed the expected delivery date, but we are not liable to you for any loss, liability, costs, damages, or expenses arising from any delay in delivery, as far as legally permitted.
It is possible that we may be unable to deliver products to certain locations. In such cases, we will inform you and ensure that the order is canceled and refunded, or that the order is delivered to another delivery address confirmed by you.
The risk of the product passes to you upon delivery to the delivery address, unless the delivery is delayed because you have not fulfilled your obligations under these Terms. The risk passes on the date delivery would have occurred if you had fulfilled your obligations.
If you are unable to accept delivery or pick up your order, we may leave you a card with instructions for a new delivery or collection by the carrier.
How Can I Check the Status of My Order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number that allows you to check its status. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@korabalm.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate the matter for you.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused, in its original condition, and meets our return policy. We will refund the full amount of the order. See our full return policy for more information.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at info@korabalm.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We will address this promptly and do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
